I'm a 43 year old busy as heck family man and Response Sergeant...I could get fat(ter) very easily but choose to eat good food, especially in work. Chill out on rest days a bit. 80/20 follower. 

Many people like my ideas so I decided to whack them all in here, so I don't forget them either. 

Feel free to try them and give me a follow on the old Insta and book of Face.

SPICED ROASTED CHICKPEAS

TIN OF CHICKPEAS

1 CAL SPRAY OR OLIVE OIL

SPICE OF CHOICE eg PAPRIKA

SALT & PEPPER

Drain the tin of chickpeas and rinse off. Dry off and put them on a baking tray for 30 to 40 minutes in the oven on 180 degrees. 

Shake them around every 10. 

Let cool a bit, spray a bit of oil on and sprinkle on your spice of choice and salt and pepper.   

Two days worth of snacks.

You can also add some to a basic tin of vegetable soup to fill you up. 

BASIC BURGER MIX

500g TURKEY MINCE

30g OATS

1 x ONION

SPICES OF CHOICE

Put the mince on a plate

Mix with oats and chopped onion

Sprinkle on spices

Season 

Flatten out and cut into 3 or 4 equal patties.

Place on light oil sprayed baking tray

Cook at 180 degrees for 30 minutes

Flip over for another 30 minutes max

Lunch sorted for 3 to 4 days
