1 x SMALL TIN OF SWEETCORN
1 x ONION
3 x GARLIC CLOVES
1 x TBSP CHILLI POWDER
2 x TSP CUMIN
1 x TSP MIXED HERBS
SALT AND PEPPER
Fry up the onion, garlic and mince in a frying pan ensuring mince cooked
Add all other ingredients
10 minutes on a low heat
Add anything else you like!
3 to 4 days meals
