SPINACH AND POTATO SOUP

500g POTATOES

300ml CHICKEN / VEG STOCK

HANDFUL SPINACH

1 x ONION

1 x GARLIC CLOVE

1/2 TEASPOON OF MUSTARD

Cut the potatoes into cubes and boil until soft

Chop the onion and garlic up and fry for a few minutes

Drain the potatoes and add the stock, onion / garlic and spinach.

Blitz with blender and season
