4/5 x CHICKEN BREASTS

3 x GARLIC CLOVES

1 x 400g TIN CHOPPED TOMATOES

300 ML FAT FREE GREEK YOGHURT

2 x ONIONS

PACK OF MUSHROOMS

2 X TBSP TOMATO PUREE

250 ML CHICKEN STOCK

1 TSP CINNAMON

1 TSP PAPRIKA

1 TBSP CURRY POWDER

1/2 TBSP CUMIN

1 TBSP GROUND CORIANDER

3 TBSP CHILLI POWDER

SALT AND PEPPER

1 TBSP VEGETABLE OIL

1 TSP GROUND GINGER

Fry the chopped onion and minced garlic in the oil.

Add the chicken and brown off for couple of 

Add all the other ingredients with yoghurt last 

Simmer for a few minutes

Put in the slow cooker on low for 6 hours
