2 x Tbls of Lemon Juice

2 x Cloves of Garlic minced

2 x Tbls of fat free yoghurt

1 x Tbls of Olive Oil ( Smooths it )

Salt & Pepper

Sprinkle of Cumin

Sprinkle of Smoked Paprika

Tinker with adding bit more of juice..spices..until tastes as liked.
